Everyone at this office is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Very kind and considerate! From the moment you walk in, the girls at the front desk are very nice! The nurses as well. Dr. kimmery, is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with all my health issues! He is the best Doctor I ever had! I really appreciate everyone at this office! I am really blessed to be a patient here !!!

This dr. gave me attitude about my medication because I WAS 5 DAYS SHORT on my Percocet, when I tried to explain I had accidently left the meds in my daily pill box at home she completely stopped my meds, put me on something else and then before I could leave(I hear her out side my door talking about it to the MA), the MA comes in saying that all meds I brought with me has to be wasted in the office!. This was MY FIRST TIME of having any medication issues in over a year of going there. Then I get to pharmacy and they don't have the medication in stock at any CVS in Anderson, SC! So now i am suffering until Monday when hopefully I will be able to get the new medication.

Randy is so nice and easy to talk to. My pain is making doing things difficult and having the oxy is such a help. He was so sympathetic about the pain I am in and that also helps because for so long doctors acted like they didn’t believe me. The staff in Wilmington is wonderful also. I recently recommend some one to your practice but I don’t know if she will call you.

Listens and they really care about you

I don’t feel like I was treated with any respect at all. You can definitely tell that the staff is just filing people through. No empathy at all for what they’re going through to have to be there. I won’t be going back and have told my oncology team that referred me, about the experience I had. Don’t think they’ll be referring any more of their patients here.

Professional on time ,Very nice including the staff ! Made sure all my x,-rays ,Mri etc were booked ! Very clean office and bathrooms lab made sure the bathroom was spotless before I used which was a plus for ne having bad OCD ! Overall experience was great ! God bless them all !

After spinal cord implant surgery , I'm getting my life back with each visit. It's nice to wake up daily and pain not be the #1 thing I experience every moment. Staff is absolutely lovely, empathetic and kind. Never met another Dr like Dr Baksh.

I have been with Dr. Baksh at or about 3yrs now. He is very super nice man. He always addresses his patients by their first and last name. He is a very busy man.

He is very good at what he does. Very professional.

I was underwhelmed. Dr B never took a seat, he just stood anxiously waiting for the consultation to end. He could only offer me the same old epidural injections that I went through for years without success. He didn’t leave me with much hope. Didn’t ask me how I was dealing with my pain. Heat, ice, tens unit, physical therapy, exercise, Tylenol, Advil, pool therapy??? None of these came up. Clinic was run down and deep clean and coat of paint would help.

I had and have the best care. I am feeling better and able to move around so much better than I have in a long time since the spinal cord stimulator was implanted, Dr. Baksh and the other care givers at Premier Pain Solutions are awesome and Thank you.

Didn't listen. The only important opinion was HIS. NO DISCUSSION. He just arbitrarily put me on a medication without regard to my allergies or ability to pay for it. He couldn't even explain what the medication really is. THANKFULLY I'M NOT ALLERGIC TO IT. Hopefully, I can talk to Dr. B next time.

I had a PMVA shoulder injury and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. With the help of the good care recommendations and treatment provided by Dr.Baksh I feel like I should be able to return to normal activity soon with little difficulty. It is possible to get through this type of injury without use of oral pain medications. I had my doubts but have seen good results.

I was absolutely amazed with my 1st appointment!!!!! Everyone was friendly and appeared happy to be at work. Dr. Baksh was knowledgeable with my history including my current & prior doctors. I've been to several doctors over the last 4 years for help, and he FINALLY gave me options for lasting relief that did not simply throw more and/or new drugs in the hopes something might work. I left their office feeling lighter and hopeful. I walked out feeling seen AND heard. It is a rarity to feel even one of those, and I cannot think of a higher compliment.

My appt was scheduled for trigger point injections. Randy came in, greeted me as usual, then got straight to it. I was in and out within 15 minutes! He’s a wonderful PA, and very efficient!!

Randy has been great. Very concerned with my Pain problems. He's doing everything possible to get to the cause and is treating me with medication at this time until the problems are identified then will instruct me of treatment or medication to help me.

I’m a new patient, but my impression is that Dr. Baksh is very competent, thorough and knowledgeable about the chronic back issues I’ve been dealing with for over 20 years. I just had my procedure Wednesday 10/16 and have been encouraged because of lower pain level. I realize it will take longer for full benefit and long term benefits to be realized, but I am hopeful!

I have been with him for years now and he has and is a Very Good Dr. and will help you , he implanted a pain stimulator in my back and about 50% of my pain is gone but it’s only been about a month and 1/2 since my surgery but I have up most respect for him…

Dr. Baksh was prompt and efficient. He is quite personable and kept my mind off the procedure while also keeping me informed of what was going on, telling me when I would feel a pinch or pressure. The whole thing was done quickly. His staff was equally as good.

I Hlhave been to the clinic numerous times as a patient. My interactions both in person and by phone has always been pleasant, proficient, and professional. My recommendation for improvement for the staff and provider would be to share their first name and the purpose of their task in taking care of the patient. At no time during my appts. was this done. An easy fix, but a HIGH impact to patient care. I was in the Healthcare profession for many years. This simple task was one of the primary fundermentals in the patient experience that we were taught in myHealthcare system.

Had a procedure today to block a nerve in my back. It feels wonderful! No pain at all after years of suffering with it. Thank you, thank you!

Very good and caring about your health

On my last visit, I had been in so much pain and Dr backs came to the door and asked if I was still healing from surgery. I stated that I was and he said to me "they will take care of you ." And proceeded to walk out. Didn't ask how I was doing or anything, despite the fact I had contacted the office during the month to let them know that the tylox was not helping my pain. He didn't want to know about me nor did he even give me the courtesy to meet me face to face. When I'm feeling better, I will be finding a new pain doctor. So disappointed and kinda hurt. What an ass.

The staff does their best with your personal needs. Cheerful dispositions. If someone can't answer your question, they find the person for you who can.

Took 6 months to look at MRI. Was prescribed tilinal 3. Bottle never opened, but there for emergencies. 45 minute drive after morning coffee., had to go to the bathroom. Nurse would not let me, put me in an isolation room without explanation. The treated me like I was on drugs wanting me to pee in a bottle without explanation. 24 years of service, 80% disability and get treated like crap. Would not go back.

Dr Baksh is good. I am a 70 year old woman with severe back pain. He listens to you and does everything he can do to help. I recommend him highly.

Staff is always nice and listen to your needs. They move efficiently and you will never have to wait long for the doctor. They handle everything even a dispute with insurance. I have been a patient of Dr Baksh for almost a year and no complaints so far.

When I arrived at Premier Pain, my pain level is hitting at around 7-8 level on me. Every person at Premier Pain Solutions is so sweet and nice and helpful to all my care and needs. I received the best old fassioned care, chair/bedside manners that everybody wants and needs these days, especially when you are in a lot of pain and feel so bad. After I receive my shots to help take away a lot of the pain, everybody is still the same sweetest sweethearts. Their attitudes and personalities and care are a great plus, all while being at the very top of their professionalism in their medical professional career. You really cannot ask for anything more. Also the office,waiting room, patient rooms and the bathrooms are always very clean, with no dirty nasty carpet anywhere in there. So you can breathe nice clean air while you are there. I always feel a lot better from the pain relief, and the care and attention that I received from Premier Pain Solutions.

I liked him from the very beginning! He is very understanding and try’s to help or accommodate. Although he is very straightforward and tells you how things are here in North Carolina and I thank you very much for that.

Dr. Baksh is great! The only thing is I had a appointment and due to traffic on 85 I was a little late. They wouldn’t see me and I just had major hip replacement 3 weeks prior. So because they wouldn’t see me I couldn’t get my meds for pain.Then I was told I had to wait a month for a appointment. Told me they would send me meds for withdraws. Sent me in clonidine which is blood pressure meds.I just had major hip replacement 3 weeks ago it’s no way I can go a month without my meds.And it wasn’t the doctor it was the front office ppl.And I told her I had major hip surgery. Where is the caring and compassion?

When I 1st started going to Premier I was seeing Kathy Lewis. I now see Randy Kimery. I have no complaints for either 1 of them. Everyone that works there that I have come in contact with has been very nice, helpful, professional, respectful, which is very hard to come by in these days. I would recommend Randy Kimery. He's always done right by me, I have nothing bad to say about him.

They tell you that you can't be seen their anymore because they say your doing drugs that you know your not !!! I have a spinal cord Stimulater in my back so what do I do if I need it adjusted and stop the pain medication and don't care about you can't sleep because of your legs cramping at night!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to premiere pain solutions!!!

I am SO thankful for the Premier Pain Solution office. I was seen again this week for a procedure and the experience was similar to my previous visits. ALL the staff in the office are friendly, helpful, and caring. I am SO appreciative that I was recommended by another doctor to be seen there. ALL the staff are interested in trying to help your pain become less. Laura, Madison, Gabriel, Ty, Heather (and ALL the names I can't remember) are just so nice. I've watched them with other patients, too, and have not seen ANY of the staff that aren't just SO kind. I can't say enough about Dr. Baksh, it would take a whole page!!! Once being referred from Douth Eastern Sports Medicine, I have never went back.I never have to wait long, everyone is so nice, and even tho I've only had SI injections and my first for arthritis today he has been excellent in giving them to me.

I have been seeing Dr. Baksh for a while now. I feel he’s a very good doctor that really cares about your issues. Usually there isn’t a lot of waiting. In and out in less than an hour. This month I had a problem with my regular pharmacy having my medicine on back order. I drove back to his office and talked to the ladies at the front desk. I told them the issue with my pharmacy not having my meds and requested to have meds sent to another pharmacy. I wanted to wait to make sure he got the information because it was closing time. I’m happy to report that the doctor got my message accurately. By the time I got back to my town an hour later my meds were ready. I’m so very glad I was sent to Dr. Baksh office in the beginning. I would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you to the ladies at the front desk for helping me with my issue in such a short time, and a big thank you to Dr. Baksh for fighting with my insurance company and getting me the procedures I need. I’m very appreciative of all of you.

I had another appointment at the Pain Management Office in Asheville, last week. I'm still so impressed by the care that patients receive there. No long waiting for your appointment is great. Madison who did my check in is so thoughtful and helpful with paper work and information. Met another nursing assistant this time, Rachel, who checked my vital signs and asked if there was any new information. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated her helping get me checked in. Afterward, was seen by Heather who I have seen several times before. I can't say enough good things about her. She is SO helpful about answering any concerns I might have, explains everything that I may have questions about. Takes the time needed to explain a next procedure, asks questions about any problem you may be experiencing, etc. I really do appreciate her care. The whole office staff are friendly and helpful. It amazes me that everyone in this office seems to be dedicated to how they can help you deal with your pain. I really appreciate their sincere concern of how you're feeling. I thank them ALL. Issues in the auth dpt. Only 2 reps left and both complains about Lisa everyday. Company will drown because of the so called LEAD.

Was 15 minutes late to an appt and they refused to see me and rescheduled me for a new appt three weeks away and refused to call in my medicine to cover me until my next available appt. They are taking on way too many patients. I have been goingctocthe practice for over three years and never missed an appointment and this is how they treat you. They called me in withdraw medicine to my pharmacy and I am allergic to it and can't take it and they don't care. Very unsatisfied patient and would not recommend this practice to any one.

Had my 3rd appointment with Dr. Basch today, have had one a month for the past 3 months. I also MUST thank Southeastern Sports Medicine for referring me to him. I have been SO blessed to receive such compassion, care, treatment, from ALL the staff in the office. From Laura at the front desk, to the check-in procedures (BP, etc), to Gabriel, to Ty, Lauren (PA) and everyone involved with patient care, all office staff, etc., just greatly appreciated. And I also watch as they communicate with other patients coming in and during their appointment processes. I just can't say enough about how great they are. Having worked in hospitals as a CNA, the entire staff really are impressive. Anyone that deals with pain on a daily basis and for a long period of time can understand how difficult it is, and you wonder how much longer can you stand the pain. This office CARES about you and wants to give you GREAT relief.... have had doctors before that acted like you are just wanting pain pills, but Dr. Basch and the staff just want to help relieve your PAIN and they have great compassion, besides medication you have other procedures that help, injections, etc. Your concerns about hurting are listened to, you don't feel like you're just another patient number... and you're just SO appreciative to know that. Didn't mean to make this review so long, just hopes it helps OTHER people having pain and who would love to have some relief. When I first seen Dr. Baksh I could barely walk in so much pain I couldn't take any longer Dr, Baksh put a spinal stimulator in my back and most all pain was gone I returned back to work but not the job I was doing but got a better job to where it wasn't so hard on me and I still see him know when ever I have a lot of pain he always takes great care in relieving my pain I would recommend to anyone he has got me mobile again and so much better.

After my 1st visit a month ago, my second visit to the office was this week, and it was as good as the first. Saw Dr. Basch and Gabrielle on the first visit, which was exceptional treatment from all. This week I saw Lauren, PA., and Ty who checked me in. And I still say, that ALL the staff I've seen just amaze me. Laura at the check-in desk, and the other female (didn't catch her name) are both so helpful. Never have I seen such great staff in the same office. I watched as lots of other people were checked in, called back, and every staff member was just SO kind and helpful and friendly to all (even difficult patients). Ken has been great! I was very worried about coming to a pain doctor because of the stigma that many have (I am in healthcare so I have seen and heard this personally, may even be somewhat guilty of this myself in the past- Now I have a new understanding of chronic pain and the great doctors that treat it), Ken put my mind at ease and I could tell he cared and wanted to help me. He did trigger point injections in my neck and I never even felt it! He was awesome! The others I have seen Dr. Baksh, the medical assistants were all excellent as well. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

The doctor is wonderful but someone has sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy other than where they told me it was going to go, three out of the last four visits. Even when I called and double checked on two of the four occasions they still sent my script to the wrong address

DR. BAKSH HELPED CHANGE MY LIFE COMPLETELY. I have been seeing Dr. BAKSH now for 13 year's+ When I was introduced to him after already being in pain management and really about to give up on it he had a totally different approach. He doesnt push Opioids. In my time in other clinics that is practically all they ever wanted to do and I am glad he looks at the whole complexity of how our body works than just tryin to make U comfortable for a short time. I could go on and on., But I have alot of issues that impacts the other. He introduced implants only when other things were tried to the fullest first. Along with other therapies that U can read about. He is not just a Dr to get it over with and onto the next, he always has a new thought and is in tune with everything offered and offers the best option that he has SEEN WORK HIMSELF . In my opinion, if I had not meet him I would have gave up on all of it. There truly wasnt alot of answers for the complexity of my case. And there is always something new to deal with but he still after all these yrs can make a new plan for it. iIt is mind boggling to me how he does it.. He is always on the uptick of new things to try. I really appreciate what he has done for me all of these years and I trust him within all he does. From little to Big he has U covered and if it is something that needs a different specialists attention he will even reach out to them to coinside for the best option after all considerations are done. I TRUST HIM AND IT DIDNT TAKE ME LONG TO DO SO. I have alot of unfortunate issues but I do know he will do what is best for me. HE IS THE BEST PERIOD.......

Yes 5 stars-Office staff is very friendly. They are very personable and take the time to discuss treatment options with you. I had given up hope after seeing multiple doctor shoving a bunch of medications in my face but Dr B and Chris helped me find the right injections for my back. This is Chuck Goodwin again I left a partial message just now and accidentally hit send I am so sorry but I wanted to let people know they shouldn't worry or dread their visit to see Dr b. Actually I enjoy seeing him both as the physician and as a friend and also would like to extend that and his staff is like family to me some of them I've been with and gotten to know for 11 years his .... Back to the procedure I was there yesterday for my epidurals I met a lady there that had never had an epidural before right or wrong I know as a professional we're not supposed to be discussing care without patients but I didn't feel in this case I should not say something when she was asking me. She wasn't asking me what the epidural did how it affected the body She just wanted to know how bad will it hurt and I told her I don't know how it would be for her but my experience has been that in the past and other states I had seen people have it done and it didn't feel that great but when I had mine done 11 years ago I barely felt it I would say on a 1 to 10. I would give it a pain level of about five at the very very worst most of mine are usually about a three like a bee sting a very small bee.. also I don't know how it affects everyone but I knew though that they have something in the injection that numbs that area and right after my shot and I get off the table I almost have zero pain it doesn't last forever maybe just a day or two but the xylacaine that's in there makes you feel like you're 16 again and asafyer 3 months or 4 months The pain will come back typically maybe it doesn't for some people but for me it comes back but when it does I know I have a place to go to help me be able to be with my son and do things with him He's 17 I'm in my late '50s wow that doesn't even look right. Okay I'm getting old. Anyway Dr B in my opinion is the best pain management specialist I'm not talking about Asheville North Carolina United States The reason I would say worldwide w because I know he's practiced in Canada I'm sure he gives talks and lectures to other physicians all over the world because he is in my opinion the best and we are all lucky to be living in an area close to him because if we didn't and we got another pain management specialist I don't think we would ever be happy I have had one in the past and I can tell you he didn't help me at all he didn't do any injections he gave me I believe it was Motrin by prescription and that was all he gave me saw me for 2 minutes and walked out never say goodbye. How many times as Dr B ever walk in a room to see you whether it's for an office visit to check on how you're doing or to get you to do your injections... How many times has Dr B ever come to you and not being in a good mood and a positive mood... I'm going to say this right now because it needs to be said. Dr B is very very good. . The reason many doctors stop prescribing pain medicine because was that there were some individuals that would fate pain to try to get medicine whether to take it or possibly sell it and that scare them away from ever giving pain medicine. If Dr Bosch is not 100% convinced and he has a lot of methods to find out if you have real pain people say there are no tests that can show pain well the other is and not many people know about it just by the way you talk the way you act the symptoms especially the symptoms initially after your first injection and on top of that I've heard some people complain about him having a pain management contract which means you sign a paper that says you won't go to any other doctor for pain you'll use one pharmacy for pain if you use another pharmacy and you don't follow his rules he can deal with that in other ways with you personally but also if you do something wrong and he finds out he's not going to throw you to the curb cuz other things he could do he could taper u. Trying on narcotic medication whatever he does it would be for your own good what is best for you and that might even include if you need a professional to help you stop he may even recommend one I don't know I just know for 11 years it's not that difficult to follow his rules especially if you're really in pain... If you think you don't need pain medicine or there's risk factors that would make it easy for you to become addicted he's not about to give you pain medicine so don't even think it don't even try it He's a very intelligent doctor... Sorry this is so long last night was the first night I slept good in months thanks to him and his injections I'll actually be able to get outside and do something today.. sorry about all this hypos I'm using my voice because I can't text fast and I'm in a hurry so I'll probably won't proofread.... I know that I'm lucky to have him My son is very lucky to have him My family is very lucky to have him I don't know where I would be today without him I honestly don't want to think about that... If you could remember my name I know it's listed at the top but if you read this and he says how did you hear about me just say from some guy named Chuck on the internet that wrote a book about you and it took me 15 minutes to read it.. and I remember his assistant's name she's been with him since the day he started his private practice and her name is Courtney Yes Dr B is the bomb without only is because Courtney I call her the strategic practice expert because she does it all except for the doctor part I hope everyone gets a chance to meet her she's a wonderful wonderful person honestly don't know if the pain management office would have grown like it did without her she's very business smart as well as people smart and what they require look at the results he used to be one office in Columbus North Carolina if he was doing shabby work you wouldn't see that. Thanks again sorry for the mistakes just wanted to say I gave him a 10 I should have gave you 100 I know that I'll be with him until the day I die I'm not going to live forever but I know while I am alive I'm not going to have to worry about pain thank you so much for taking the time to read this and this was part two the final chapter

I forgot over 30 years and some of the largest trauma centers in the United States I have seen both sides of pain. I used to be the X-ray tech that would help the doctors guide needles into the appropriate areas within the spine and I won't lie to us in a lot of patients all over the Nation have some difficultes with the procedures. After working for 30 years plus and helping do the procedures I became someone that needed the procedure and I was scared to death that was the 11 years ago. I met Dr B and he explained it all to me took his time talk to me like I was a person not a number he had empathy probably sympathy I'm sure he knows what pain is but he always and has always related tears treated me with the utmost respect and informed me whether I liked the outcome or not He's always been honest with me...

Dr. Baksh is the crème de la crème. He has knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, empathetic, and all one would wish for in a medical practitioner. My pain is well managed and I am pleased beyond words! The team at Premier is nothing but the best! I went to 3 different physicians before coming to see Dr.Bakish. I could never get anywhere with my issues or my pain. Dr. Bakish, had me figured out almost instantly and now has me feeling like someone actually understands and cares! Cameron is just as amazing! Makes you feel at ease with him and he really listens to my concerns doesn’t rush in and out. I do have to say his fashionable socks, is always a subject for conversation, lol! Dee and Samantha in the Easley office has to be the best one’s yet! So professional and caring, I had a death in my family this week, and was worried I wasn’t gonna be able to get in and out. Dee knew I was stressed and tried to work it out with care and understanding on the first call but really couldn’t. She was trying to squeeze me in earlier but there really wasn’t anything. But within an hour she was calling me back and had me an even earlier appointment, so I wasn’t stressed. I can’t thank her enough for caring and helping me out. Dr. Baksh is the best pain Dr I have been to. I trust injections with him and this clinic the staff is so nice so much better and professional than the last pain clinic Pardee pain clinic I had went to. I recommend anyone to come to Premier Pain Solutions.

My first few visits have been fine. This last visit, yesterday, Tuesday,12/21/21hasnt gone as well.Im still waiting for a refill for my pain meds from the visit yesterday, even AFTER I explained that i was in the hospital and the last urine test was gonna be messed up! HOPEFULLY they have it resolved by the end of today.

Janet Cress is the most wonderful physical therapist ever. She understands how to handle any kind of pain. She has lots of knowledge about understanding how to help reduce pain and discomfort in all situations. She is very caring person on how you feel before she starts and when she finishes a session. She has a very out going personality. She care about you as a person. I would recommend her if you have any kind of pain.

Fawne listened carefully and responded with compassion and good clinical care. Pain management is not always straightforward it seems. So it is helpful to have a provider who combines compassion, skill and some carefully deliberated judgement.

The thing about pain assessment I’ve learned when viewing someone else is you have objective/subjective data points and trying to gain the “trust” of your caregiver. ESPECIALLY in the Pain Control specialty. To gain that trust and believability is HUGE or extremely frustrating. To me Ken and I always were able to be direct and to the point and explore other possibilities in approaching chronic pain differently. I’m grateful to have met Ken Barrow and what he’s meant in my care and personal journey of chronic pain.
